At AlixFurniture, we currently accept payments exclusively through PayPal, one of the world’s most trusted and secure online payment platforms.

Payment Security
All payment transactions are conducted through PayPal’s secure and encrypted payment gateway, which complies with the highest industry standards, including PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
We do not store, process, or have access to your sensitive payment information such as credit card numbers or bank account details.
Payment Timing and Order Processing
Full payment is required immediately upon placing your order.
Your order will only be confirmed and processed once PayPal successfully authorizes the payment.
In case of payment failure or rejection by PayPal, the order will not be processed and you will be notified via email.
Currency and Taxes
All prices displayed on the website are in euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes (TTC - Toutes Taxes Comprises).
Payments must be made in euros; any currency conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations are the responsibility of the customer’s payment provider.
Payment Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive a payment confirmation email from PayPal as well as an order confirmation email from AlixFurniture.
Please verify that the payment details and amount are correct in these emails.
Refunds and Chargebacks
If you request a refund in accordance with our Return Policy, refunds will be processed through PayPal back to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.
In the case of disputes or chargebacks initiated through PayPal, AlixFurniture will cooperate fully with PayPal’s investigation process.
