All products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Images are for illustration purposes only and may not be contractual.
The seller shall not be held liable for minor discrepancies or omissions in product descriptions.

3. Prices

  • Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC).
  • Shipping fees are either included or displayed separately during checkout.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, items will be billed at the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.


4. Orders

  • Placing an order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  • A confirmation email will be sent after order validation.
  • The seller reserves the right to refuse any order in the case of prior dispute, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.


5. Payment

  • Payment is required immediately upon order.
  • Accepted payment method: PayPal
  • The seller never has access to your banking data; all transactions are processed securely by our payment provider.


6. Delivery

  • We deliver only within mainland France.
  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, then delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
  • A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.
  • In case of delay, you will be informed via email.


7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 30-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt.

Returned items must:

  • Be in their original condition,
  • Be unused and undamaged,
  • Be in their original packaging.

Slight usage (similar to in-store testing) is acceptable.

Return shipping: At the customer's expense unless the item is defective or an error occurred.

  • We will provide the return address via email. Please do not return items without prior authorization.


8. Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards


9. Liability

  • The seller cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of the purchased product.
  • The buyer is responsible for providing accurate personal and shipping information.


10. Intellectual Property
All content on the site (texts, images, logos, designs) is the exclusive property of the seller.
