Politique de Retour
At AlixFurniture, we aim to provide a seamless and transparent shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase in accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code.
Right of Withdrawal
You may return any item within 30 days of receiving it, without having to provide a reason and without incurring any penalties.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the items must:
- Be in a lightly used or unused condition, suitable for resale
- Be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact
Please note: Slight handling or trying on items (as one might do in a store) is acceptable under EU law.
Items Not Eligible for Return
According to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the following items are non-returnable:
- Personalized items or items made to your specifications
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please email us at info@alixfurniture.shop with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- (Optional) Reason for return
We will respond with return instructions once we receive your request.
Return Address
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide the appropriate return address and instructions by email.
- Please do not return any items without prior authorization.
Product Exchange
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will arrange for a free exchange.
Refunds
- Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- If the return is approved, a refund will be issued within 5 business days via the original payment method.
- Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is defective or there was an error on our part: return shipping is fully covered by AlixFurniture.
- In other cases (for example, if you change your mind), the return or exchange costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.
